Christmas always brings its own challenges, and this year more so than ever. I usually find my clients have mixed feelings about this time of year. Hidden behind the excitement is a fear that there will be an inevitable weight gain and a need for a diet – or even Dry January – the moment the decorations go back in the box. The harsh reality is that many people are dreading what Christmas will do to their health and the risk of Covid-19.

Once a week Zoom Q & A session with me (Karen) a Registered Nutritional Therapist
Plenty of support not only from me, but with like minded people like yourself who have joined the group. We are there to support each other and share any helpful tips we have and healthy recipes.
There are two lovely Christmas Ebooks, The Christmas Survival Guide and 10 Christmas Treats both of which contain pages of tips and recipes, this will be in the Facebook group so that you can download it.
It will help you keep on track, while still celebrating the holiday, keep you sane and help you feel good and more in control, plus you will be healthier going into the New Year.
