Cost £70 – Early bird discount of £62 payment before 20th March 2024

Step back on track will run weekly for 8 weeks, each session is one hour. The groups will be limited to 16 people, which will enable an environment that encourages open discussion and personal attention. There will be three weigh-in sessions during the program on the first and last sessions as well as midway. This will be done discreetly to ensure privacy and respect for every individual and their progress.
