Step Back on Track & Stay on Track will both run weekly for 6 weeks, each session is one hour. No ‘walk of shame weigh-ins’, yet scales are provided in a private room should YOU wish to record your weight loss. This will be done discreetly to ensure privacy and respect for everyone and their progress.
